En OCA Global, buscamos un/a Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, con actuación también en casos puntuales de Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Sevilla. 🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de coordinar y supervisar la seguridad y salud durante la ejecución de obras y proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y promoviendo una sólida cultura preventiva entre todas las partes implicadas.

  • Gestión y evaluación de la prevención: Elaborar y actualizar las evaluaciones de riesgos laborales, planes de prevención y la planificación de la actividad preventiva.
  • Coordinación de Actividades Preventivas: Gestionar y validar la documentación de empresas contratistas y subcontratistas en plataformas de coordinación, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo antes y durante la concurrencia de trabajos.
  • Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud (CSS) en obras: Aprobar y hacer seguimiento de los Planes de Seguridad y Salud (PSS), gestionar el Libro de Incidencias y coordinar la correcta aplicación de los principios preventivos en fase de ejecución.
  • Inspecciones de campo y supervisión: Realizar auditorías e inspecciones periódicas en los centros de trabajo para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, ejerciendo la facultad de paralizar trabajos ante un riesgo grave e inminente.
  • Asesoramiento y formación: Asesorar a la dirección y mandos intermedios en normativa de PRL e impartir formaciones, charlas informativas (toolbox talks) y supervisar la entrega de EPIs.
  • Interlocución técnica: Actuar como enlace entre la empresa, clientes, contratistas y organismos oficiales en materia de seguridad laboral.

💡 ¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica o titulaciones relacionadas.
  • Máster o formación superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, con las especialidades necesarias para el desarrollo de las funciones.
  • Formación específica o acreditación como Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud en obras de construcción.
  • Es deseable experiencia previa en coordinación de seguridad y salud, prevención de riesgos laborales o supervisión preventiva en obra.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales, del Real Decreto 1627/1997 y de la coordinación de actividades empresariales.
  • Capacidad de organización, planificación y análisis, con atención al detalle y orientación a la mejora continua. Habilidades de comunicación para trabajar con diferentes equipos, empresas y profesionales.
  • Permiso de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos a centros de trabajo y obras de la zona.
