About the Opportunity

Ocean INFINITI Doral is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

We are looking for a polished sales professional who understands the expectations of luxury vehicle buyers and has a proven record of delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving sales goals.

The ideal candidate has previous experience selling luxury automotive brands, understands relationship-based selling, and is comfortable working with discerning customers who expect professionalism, product expertise, and personalized service.

At Ocean INFINITI Doral, our goal is to provide an exceptional ownership experience built on trust, integrity, and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized luxury automotive sales experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features, technology, performance, and available options.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, purchase, and vehicle delivery.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers through telephone, email, and CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in dealership systems.
  • Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the INFINITI brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous luxury automotive sales experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success selling premium or luxury vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with high-expectation clientele.
  • Experience using automotive CRM systems and following structured sales processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent customer follow-up habits.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience with INFINITI, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Acura, Cadillac, Porsche, or comparable luxury automotive brands.
  • Established customer relationships and a record of repeat and referral business.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Familiarity with automotive financing, leasing, and luxury vehicle technology.
