Als Chief of Staff (m/f/d) unterstützt den CEO dabei, strategische Ziele effizient zu erreichen und die Organisation in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln. Du trägst durch fundierte Analysen und strategische Entscheidungsgrundlagen zur Stärkung unserer operativen Exzellenz bei. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Koordination und Priorisierung von Schlüsselprojekten und das Überwachen und Aussteuern von Initiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams. Durch deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und dein starkes Organisationstalent unterstützt du unser Wachstum und hilfst dabei, Ocumeda erfolgreich auf die nächste Stufe zu bringen.

  • Du bringst Deine Expertise und Ideen bei vielfältigen Wachstumsprojekten bei uns ein, z.B. dem skalierten Rollout bei Optikern und Wachstum unseres Ärztenetzwerks
  • Du nutzt Deine Erfahrung, um bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln sowie neue, skalierbare Prozesse aufzusetzen
  • Du nutzt Deine Empathie, um Beziehungen mit unseren Partnern auf- und auszubauen
  • Du bringst Deine kreativen Ideen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten ein, um die Wachstumsherausforderungen eines Startups zu meistern

Das bringst du mit

  • Hohe intrinsische Motivation, etwas zu verändern, und die Suche nach einer sinnhaften Tätigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, in der Strategieberatung oder im Venture Growth
  • Ausgeprägtes Multitasking-Talent und die Fähigkeit, viele Bälle gleichzeitig zu jonglieren
  • Freude daran, in einer Umgebung zu arbeiten, in der Wachstum und Lernen an den eigenen Aufgaben möglich sind
