Die Rechtsabteilung von Ocumeda entsteht gerade, und du kannst sie von Anfang an mitprägen. Als Werkstudent Legal arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit unserem General Counsel an allem, was in einem wachsenden Healthtech-Scale-up rechtlich anfällt, von Verträgen und Wettbewerbsrecht bis zu internationalen Expansionsprojekten und der Digitalisierung der Abteilung. Statt reiner Zuarbeit übernimmst du echte Themen und siehst, wie ein junges Unternehmen damit arbeitet. Das passt, wenn du strukturiert denkst, pragmatisch anpackst und Legal Tech dich reizt.

  • Verträge: Du unterstützt bei Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Verträgen und hilfst mit, unsere Standardvorlagen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Legal Tech und Digitalisierung: Du baust mit uns digitale Prozesse und Tools der Rechtsabteilung auf, etwa die Vertragsdatenbank, Templates und Workflows.
  • Rechtsrecherche und Zuarbeit: Du bereitest rechtliche Fragen strukturiert auf und lieferst belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Legal Project Management: Du koordinierst laufende Projekte, behältst Fristen im Blick und bringst Struktur ins Tagesgeschäft.
  • Raum für deine Interessen: Wenn dein Herz für konkrete Legal-Themen schlägt, finden wir sicher etwas für dich. Vielleicht begleitest Du unserer Expansion in neue Märkte oder unterstützt Ocumeda dabei die eigene KI-Anwendung in den Markt zu bringen.

Das bringst du mit

Das Muss:

  • Laufendes Jurastudium mit aktueller Immatrikulation (zum Beispiel im Rahmen einer Promotion oder eines LL.M.), idealerweise erstes Staatsexamen oder ein ausländisches Äquivalent abgeschlossen
  • Du arbeitest ausgeprägt strukturiert und organisiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick
  • Erfahrung mit oder klares Interesse an Legal Tech
  • Pragmatische, dynamische Hands-on-Mentalität, du packst an und hilfst entscheiden, statt nur zu analysieren
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Das ist noch besser:

  • Erfahrung in einem Start-up oder Scale-up
  • Erste Berührung mit einem unserer Themenfelder (Telemedizin, KI, Werberecht, Datenschutz)
  • Interesse an Healthtech oder regulierten Branchen
  • Spanisch-, Niederländisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse
