  • Du verantwortest das Wachstum von Ocumeda in Spanien mit voller P&L-Verantwortung, inklusive Budget, Forecast und KPIs
  • Du baust unser Partnernetzwerk auf: Du gewinnst, onboardest und entwickelst Optiker-Partner
  • Du positionierst Ocumeda und unser Leistungsversprechen bei Optikern, Augenärzten, Meinungsführern (KOLs) und, wo relevant, bei Endkund:innen
  • Du baust dein lokales Team in Sales und Customer Support auf und führst und entwickelst es mit wachsendem Markt weiter
  • Du übersetzt die zentrale Strategie, Produkt und Pricing in die Bedürfnisse des lokalen Marktes und arbeitest eng mit dem HQ zusammen (Growth, Produkt, Medical, Operations)
  • Zusammen mit den Medical- und Legal-Teams stellst du Qualität und Compliance sicher
  • Du repräsentierst Ocumeda auf Branchen-, Fach- und Partner-Events in Spanien

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Country Manager, Managing Director oder in einer vergleichbaren kommerziellen Führungsrolle mit, idealerweise in einer internationalen Struktur
  • Du hast einen starken Hintergrund in der Optik-, Augenheilkunde- oder Eye-Care-Branche (z.B. Linsen, ophthalmologische Medizinprodukte, optischer Einzelhandel oder verwandtes MedTech) und verstehst, wie Optiker und Augenärzte arbeiten
  • Du hast eine nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz im B2B-Vertrieb und Key Account Management, inklusive dem Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Optikketten und unabhängigen Praxen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Launch und Scaling eines Produkts, Services oder einer Plattform in einem Markt und einen Aufbau-Mindset (0→1)
  • Du hast ein etabliertes Netzwerk unter spanischen Optikern und Augenärzten oder eine nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, schnell eines aufzubauen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du sprichst fließend Spanisch (Muttersprache/ C2) und Englisch (C1); Deutsch ist ein Plus
  • Du bist bereit, häufig zu reisen (sowohl national als auch nach Deutschland)
  • Erfahrung in Myopie-Management, Prävention, Telemedizin oder Digital Health ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Rahmenwerken für Medizinprodukte (z.B. EU MDR) ist ein Plus
