Buscamos a un Referee de Esports (Supervisor de turno). Serás el responsable directo de que la operación diaria en el estudio funcione a la perfección, gestionando desde la puntualidad y disciplina de los jugadores hasta la resolución de problemas técnicos en tiempo real, garantizando siempre la integridad y el juego limpio en nuestras transmisiones.

Descripción del Puesto

  • Supervisión e Integridad: Actuar como la máxima autoridad en el estudio durante tu turno, asegurando el juego limpio, previniendo cualquier tipo de mala conducta y haciendo cumplir el reglamento oficial del torneo.
  • Gestión de Jugadores: Controlar la asistencia, dar seguimiento al rendimiento de los players, motivarlos frente a bajas de rendimiento y asegurar que mantengan una conducta profesional.
  • Operación en Vivo: Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de las transmisiones y garantizar el cumplimiento estricto del cronograma de partidos (llegar minutos antes del turno para el relevo y validación del stream).
  • Registro y Reportes: Registrar meticulosamente los resultados de los partidos en las bases de datos. Redactar informes de cambio de turno detallando el estado de los jugadores, incidencias técnicas y novedades.
  • Soporte Técnico Básico: Verificar el estado del equipamiento y resolver problemas técnicos de primer nivel de forma rápida y práctica.
  • Comunicación Oficial: Actuar como puente entre los jugadores, el equipo global asociado y la gerencia del estudio, manteniendo una comunicación fluida a través de los canales oficiales.
  • Orden en el Estudio: Velar por el orden, la limpieza general y el cumplimiento de las políticas de confidencialidad y seguridad dentro de las instalaciones.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Ser mayor de 18 años.
  • Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad total para trabajar en turnos rotativos de manera presencial en San Isidro, Lima, Perú (operación 24/7, incluyendo madrugadas, fines de semana y feriados).
  • Liderazgo: Capacidad para manejar relaciones interpersonales, mantener la disciplina y coordinar grupos de jóvenes adultos.
  • Resolución de Problemas: Mentalidad práctica y orientada a solucionar incidencias técnicas u operativas rápidamente bajo presión en entornos de transmisión en vivo.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo fluido de computadoras, hojas de cálculo (Google Sheets/Excel) y familiaridad con consolas PlayStation 5 y PC gamers.
  • Idiomas: Nivel de inglés intermedio (capacidad para comunicarse por chat con el equipo asociado) y español fluido.

Deseable (Pero no obligatorio)

  • Experiencia previa en entornos de producción en vivo, organización de eventos, esports o administración de personal en turnos rotativos.
  • Conocimiento sólido del funcionamiento y el entorno competitivo de videojuegos deportivos (EA SPORTS FC, NBA 2K, DOTA 2).
