Hotel Nassau Breda | Autograph Collection maakt deel uit van Marriott International en is gevestigd in een voormalig klooster in het hart van het bruisende en bourgondische Breda. Het hotel beschikt over 95 stijlvolle kamers, een karakteristieke kapel met ruimte voor evenementen tot 300 gasten en vijf ruime vergaderzalen.

DE FUNCTIE

Als Front Office Shift Leader ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het Front Office team tijdens jouw dienst. Je zorgt ervoor dat de operatie soepel verloopt, ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan een uitstekende gastbeleving.

Jij bent een echte gastheer of gastvrouw die energie krijgt van contact met gasten én collega's. Tijdens drukke momenten houd je het overzicht, neem je verantwoordelijkheid en zorg je ervoor dat het team efficiënt samenwerkt. Dankzij jouw positieve instelling, organisatietalent en hands-on mentaliteit weet je collega's te motiveren en gasten een onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Front Office Supervisor en Front Office Manager en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het team en de dagelijkse operatie.

JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van het Front Office team tijdens jouw shift;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's en gasten;
  • Zorgdragen voor een vlotte, professionele en gastgerichte check-in en check-out;
  • Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en gastvragen;
  • Coachen en begeleiden van collega's op de werkvloer;
  • Waarborgen van een constante hoge kwaliteit van service en gastvrijheid;
  • Professioneel afhandelen van vragen, verzoeken en klachten van gasten;
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen de dagelijkse operatie;
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om een optimale gastervaring te realiseren;
  • Werken volgens de standaarden en procedures van Marriott International.

Jij bent een enthousiaste gastheer of gastvrouw met een passie voor gastvrijheid en oog voor zowel gasten als collega's. Je haalt energie uit het creëren van een warm welkom, houdt moeiteloos overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en weet precies hoe je een team kunt ondersteunen om samen een geweldige gastervaring neer te zetten.

  • Je behoudt rust en overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is;

  • Je hebt oog voor detail en zet graag dat stapje extra voor de gast.

DIT BRENG JIJ MEE

Jij bent gastvrij, proactief en klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen binnen Front Office.

✔ MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Hotelmanagement, Toerisme of Hospitality; ✔ Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring binnen een Front Office functie; ✔ Ervaring in een coördinerende rol of als Shift Leader is een pré; ✔ Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; ✔ Ervaring met Opera PMS en Marriott-systemen is een pré; ✔ Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden; ✔ Een proactieve, verantwoordelijke en oplossingsgerichte instelling; ✔ Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en te schakelen in een dynamische omgeving; ✔ Een oprechte passie voor gastvrijheid en service.
