DEINE ROLLE ALS KÜCHENCHEF/IN

Als unser/e neue/r Küchenchef/in übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die gesamte Küche und gehst als Vorbild voran. Du stehst gemeinsam mit deinem Team im Service, sorgst für konstant hohe Qualität, klare Standards und einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Küchenalltag. Durch deine operative Führung und deine Leidenschaft für gutes Essen prägst du die Qualität, die unsere Gäste auf jedem Teller erleben.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Führung und operative Unterstützung des Küchenteams im täglichen Betrieb und Service
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Präsentation und Konsistenz aller Speisen
  • Organisation eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufs und Einhaltung klarer Standards
  • Verantwortung für Hygiene-, Lebensmittelsicherheits- und HACCP-Vorgaben
  • Steuerung von Warenbestand, Lagerhaltung und Wareneinsatz
  • Sauberer und organisierter Arbeitsbereich, jederzeit audit-bereit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit F&B und Front Office für ein nahtloses Gästeerlebnis

WAS WIR SUCHEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Sous Chef oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Anleitung von Küchenteams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Zuverlässige:r Teamplayer:in mit echter Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards (HACCP)
  • Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität für Schichtarbeit, inklusive Abende, Wochenenden und Feiertage
  • Interesse daran, administrative Aufgaben zu erlernen und an zusätzlicher Verantwortung zu wachsen
  • Ruhe und sichere Hände auch unter Druck, mit echtem Stolz auf dein Handwerk
