Hotel Nassau Breda | Autograph Collection maakt deel uit van Marriott International en is gevestigd in een voormalig klooster in het hart van het bruisende en bourgondische Breda. Het hotel beschikt over 95 stijlvolle kamers, een karakteristieke kapel met een capaciteit van 300 gasten voor bruiloften, evenementen en feesten, en 5 ruime vergaderzalen.

JOUW ROL ALS HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Als Housekeeping Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden in ons hotel. Je coördineert en controleert het werk van het externe schoonmaakbedrijf en zorgt dat afspraken op het gebied van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en kosten worden nageleefd. Je bent de spin in het web tussen onze interne teams, het schoonmaakbedrijf en de gastenervaring.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

  • Toezien op de kwaliteit van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in kamers en publieke ruimtes.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen hotelmanagement en het externe schoonmaakbedrijf.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van budgetten en kosten voor housekeeping.
  • Rapporteren over prestaties, verbeterpunten en afwijkingen.
  • Zorgdragen voor naleving van veiligheids- en hygiënerichtlijnen.
  • Onderhouden van een goede samenwerking met andere afdelingen binnen het hotel.
  • Beoordelen en implementeren van verbeterprocessen om efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen.

WAT BRENG JIJ MEE?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in housekeeping management of een soortgelijke functie.
  • Oog voor detail en passie voor gastbeleving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap.
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer en kostenbewaking.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels (extra talen zijn een pluspunt).
  • Flexibiliteit en oplossingsgericht denken.
