Descripción General y Responsabilidades:

Buscamos un Asesor Comercial, quien se encargará de realizar seguimiento y venta de nuevos servicios, dando valor agregado a nuevos clientes que ingresen por intermedio de canales digitales como aquellos que se registren en nuestra landing o dashboard. Atender y vincular empresas según definición, siendo el objetivo central, el atender y gestionar los clientes para su puesta en producción; así mismo como de calificar los leads para indicar su potencial y así su asignación a los diferentes integrantes del equipo comercial, según las definiciones dadas en el menor tiempo posible.

Funciones:

  • Planear las actividades prioritarias designadas por el director / líder comercial.
  • Realizar labores de apoyo a la fuerza comercial cuando sea necesario.
  • Coordinar sus actividades en pro del cumplimiento de las metas.
  • Atender cualquier requerimiento de la gerencia o de su líder directo.
  • Analizar y ejecutar acciones en pro de la seguridad de la operación.
  • Atender los requerimientos del cliente en pro de su fidelización y retención.

Deseable:

  • Experiencia Mínima de 2 años Realizando Venta Consultiva.
  • Manejo de herramientas de CRM como Hubspot.
  • Experiencia laboral en pasarelas de pagos y/o industria Fintech.
  • Generación de reportes consolidados de la gestión adelantada.
  • Manejo y generación de informes por intermedio de herramientas ofimáticas como Word, Excel y PowerPoint.

Formación:

  • Técnico o tecnólogo.

Conocimiento / Habilidades:

  • Comunicación asertiva con el cliente externo como interno.
  • Capacidad analítica al momento de calificar un lead.
  • Escucha activa con el cliente externo como interno.
  • Manejo de objeciones.
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Empatía
  • Fidelización y retención de clientes.
  • Habilidad para la negociación.
  • Persuasivo.

Asignación salarial: $1.941.000 + Comisiones.
