Vi søker nå en resepsjonist i 100% fast stilling hos oss.

Thon Hotel Andrikken er et moderne hotell med 61 rom, midt i Andenes sentrum samt Andenes Hotell hvor vi har rorbuer og hytter med totalt 88 uteleierom. Alle rom er nylig renovert, ny frokostsal og lobby ble ferdig i 2026. Som resepsjonist hos oss må du kunne jobbe selvstendig, være serviceinnstilt og løsningsorientert. Kan du jobbe kvelder og helger etter behov, er du serviceinnstilt og ryddig vil vi gjerne høre fra nettopp DEG!

Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Møte alle gjester på en profesjonell og engasjert måte
  • Inn- og utsjekk av gjester
  • Betjene sentralbord og håndtere alle henvendelser
  • Holde resepsjon og lobby ryddig og innbydende
  • Behandle personopplysninger konfidensielt
  • Ivareta gjestenes og hotellets sikkerhet
  • Aktivt jobbe med mersalg og oppsalg av hotellets produkter
  • Kasse- og kreditthåndtering
  • Diverse forefallende resepsjonsarbeid
