Vi søker resepsjonssjef i fast heltidsstilling hos oss!

Thon Hotel Andrikken ligger midt i Andenes sentrum og har 61 rom. I tillegg har vi Andenes Hotell med rorbuer og hytter, totalt 88 uteleierom. Alle rom er nylig renovert, og ny frokostsal og lobby sto ferdig i 2026.

Som resepsjonssjef vil du ha ansvar for den daglige driften av resepsjonen og være en del av hotellets ledergruppe. Du vil også inngå i vaktplanen og jobbe kvelder og helger.

Vi ser etter deg som er serviceinnstilt, strukturert, selvstendig og løsningsorientert.

Stillingen innebærer også noe markedsføring og synliggjøring av hotellene i digitale kanaler og sosiale medier. Derfor vill det være en fordel om du har erfaring innen markedsføring.

Hos oss får du jobbe i vakre Andøy – omgitt av spektakulær natur, hval, nordlys og midnattsol.

Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Personalansvar, opplæring og utvikling av resepsjonsmedarbeidere
  • Inn- og utsjekk av gjester, og sikre høy kvalitet av service og gjesteopplevelse
  • Bemanning og planlegging av vaktlister
  • Etablering og kvalitetssikring av rutiner og sjekklister for topp service
  • Rombooking
  • Ansvar for fakturering (dags-/månedsoppgjør og vekselskasse)
  • Forefallende resepsjonsarbeid
  • Spre besøks- og arbeidsglede
  • Aktivt bidra til mersalg og gode resultater
  • Operativt arbeid i resepsjonen som en naturlig del av stillingen
