The posting

Vi søker en nattresepsjonist i 33% stilling hos oss. Arbeidstiden vil være fra kl.23.00-07.00 annenhver helg Fredag til og med søndag. Det kan være variasjoner i arbeidstid ved sykdom, ferieavvikling, etc. Tiltredelse etter avtale.

Thon Hotel Arendal er Arendals største hotell og ligger midt i sentrum. All transport finnes i umiddelbar nærhet, sammen med et variert shopping- og utelivstilbud. Hotellet har 113 rom, konferanselokaler, restaurant med ca. 120 sitteplasser, bar og treningsrom. Som resepsjonist hos oss vil du jobbe alene på natten og ha ansvar for våre gjesters sikkerhet og trygghet.

Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Møte alle gjester på en profesjonell og engasjert måte
  • Inn- og utsjekk av gjester
  • Betjene sentralbord og håndtere alle henvendelser
  • Ansvar for nattrutiner
  • Holde resepsjon og lobby ryddig og innbydende
  • Behandle personopplysninger konfidensielt
  • Ivareta gjestenes og hotellets sikkerhet
