Vi søker nå en Assisterende kjøkkensjef til heltidsstilling hos oss med snarlig tiltredelse.

Vi ser etter en assisterende kjøkkensjef med solid erfaring fra lignende stillinger, gjerne også internasjonalt. Du trives med å organisere, løfte og motivere teamet, og du jobber tett med øvrig F&B-ledelse for å sikre kvalitet og utvikling i alle ledd. Hos oss får du en variert, energisk og utviklende arbeidshverdag – sammen med flere dyktige og dedikerte kolleger som brenner for matglede, kvalitet og gode gjesteopplevelser. Assisterende kjøkkensjef rapporterer til F&B-ansvarlig.

Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Ansvar for daglig drift og strategisk utvikling av kjøkkenet
  • Rekruttering og opplæring av kjøkkenpersonell
  • Kvalitetssikring og leveranse av produksjon og service
  • Ansvar for lagerkontroll og varetelling
  • Planlegging av arrangementer i samarbeid med kurs- og konferanseledelsen
  • IK-mat/internkontroll
  • Aktivt jobbe for å redusere matsvinn
