Arbeidstid er dag og kveldstid i turnus, tiltredelse snarest og stillingen rapporterer til kjøkkensjef.

Thon Hotel Selbusjøen ligger idyllisk til ved Selbusjøen og tilbyr en rolig og naturnær arbeidsplass. Hotellet er kjent for god service, hyggelig atmosfære og gode matopplevelser for både kursgjester, fritidsreisende og lokalmarkedet.

Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Forberedelse og produksjon av frokost, lunsj, middag og selskapsservering
  • Planlegging og oppfølging av daglig arbeidsfordeling
  • Kvalitetssikring av produksjon
  • Varehåndtering og lagerkontroll
  • IK-mat
  • Generell gjestebehandling
  • Aktivt jobbe for å redusere matsvinn
