Vi søker nå 1-2 resepsjonister til vintersesongen hos oss. Stillingen vil være fulltid fra 07.12.26 til sesongslutt 04.04.27. Det kan være muligheter for videre engasjement i sommersesongen. Stillingen har arbeidstid hverdager, helg, dag og kveld etter oppsatt turnus. Stillingen rapporterer til resepsjonssjef.

Thon Hotel Skeikampen er ett fullservice hotell som tilbyr standardrom, familierom og businessrom. Hotellet har også leiligheter man kan leie med eller uten frokost inkludert. Hotellet ligger sentralt på Skeikampen med skiløyper, turstier og alpinanlegg rett utenfor døren.

Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Møte alle våre gjester på en god og profesjonell måte
  • Inn - og utsjekk av gjester
  • Håndtere alle henvendelser og sentralbord
  • Holde lobbyområdet ryddig og innbydende
  • Behandle personopplysninger konfidensielt
  • Ivareta gjestens og hotellets sikkerhet
  • Opp- og mersalg av produkter og tjenester
  • Kasse og kreditt håndtering
  • Salg fra lobbybar og kiosk
  • Følge til enhver tid gjeldende sjekkliste
  • Kontinuerlig samhandling og samarbeid med alle avdelinger
  • Diverse forefallende resepsjonsarbeid
  • Være hotellets ansikt utad
