Vi søker en engasjert og serviceinnstilt lærling i reiselivsfaget til heltidstilling hos oss. Som lærling hos oss vil du få en variert og spennende hverdag i et miljø med faglig kompetanse.

Om Thon Hotel Straume

Thon Hotel Straume ligger sentralt til på Sotra, kun 15 minutter fra Bergen sentrum, som nærmeste nabo til Sartor Storsenter. Etter et suksessrikt første driftsår rigger vi oss nå for fremtiden. Allerede høsten 2026 starter vi et stort byggeprosjekt hvor hotellet utvides fra 54 til 189 rom, i tillegg til helt nye og større konferansefasiliteter som står klare tidlig i 2029.

Dine arbeidsoppgaver

Som lærling hos oss vil du gå igjennom en strukturert og godkjent læreplan.

Du vil få praktisk erfaring innen:

  • Gjestereise: Mottak, service og oppfølging av gjester digitalt og ansikt til ansikt.
  • Salg og markedsføring: Booking, kundebehandling og promotering av opplevelser.
  • Drift: Daglig logistikk, kvalitetssikring og HMS-rutiner.

Har du kompetansen og egenskapene vi ser etter? Vi ser etter noen som:

  • Har fullført og bestått VG1 Salg, service og reiseliv, og VG2 Reiseliv.
  • Er utadvendt, blid og trives med å omgås mennesker.
  • Snakker og skriver godt på norsk og engelsk (andre språk er en fordel).
  • Er punktlig, ansvarsbevisst og fleksibel.
  • Har stor lærevillighet og er klar for å bli kjent med alle avdelingene på hotellet.
