Als Verzorgende IG werk je in een hecht team, met oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft. Je hebt contact met familie en draagt bij aan een vertrouwde, fijne woonomgeving.

Hier kom je te werken

Oldael is een kleinschalige zorgorganisatie in Den Haag. Dat merk je in alles: je kent je collega’s, loopt makkelijk even binnen bij een teamleider of bestuurder en wordt gezien en gehoord.

We hebben twee locaties: Oldeslo (Duttendel/Scheveningen) en Aelbrecht van Beijeren (Benoordenhout). In totaal werken er zo’n 150 collega’s voor ongeveer 160 bewoners.

Deze vacature is voor locatie Oldeslo.

Ons doel: iedere bewoner een waardig leven bieden, in een gastvrije omgeving.

Als Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) bied je dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding aan bewoners. Je stimuleert hen om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven en sluit aan bij wat iemand nodig heeft.

Doordat je veel contact hebt, leer je bewoners goed kennen. Je ziet veranderingen op tijd en speelt daar op in.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een fijne en veilige woonomgeving.

Onderdeel van je werk is ook:

  • Je levert input voor het zorgplan en denkt mee over aanpassingen
  • Je hebt contact met familie over het dagelijks welzijn van bewoners
  • Je signaleert veranderingen en rapporteert deze in het dossier

Dit neem je mee

  • Een mbo-diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3)
  • Je kent de richtlijnen en houdt je vakkennis op peil
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en zorgvuldig
  • Je bent betrokken en hebt oog voor wat er speelt
  • Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands

Dit bieden wij je

  • 16–32 uur per week
  • Een contract voor bepaalde tijd, met uitzicht op vast
  • Salaris volgens CAO VVT, FWG 35 (max. € 3.592 bij 36 uur)
  • 32 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
  • 50% pensioenbijdrage via PFZW
  • Mogelijkheid tot uitruil van arbeidsvoorwaarden (bijv. laptop of iPad)
