Wat doe je bij Oldael?

Als zorgstudent werk je bij Oldael op momenten die bij jóuw schema passen. Drukke tentamenperiode? Prima, dan plan je even geen diensten in. En heb je extra geld nodig voor een festival of andere uitgave? Dan schrijf je je eenvoudig in voor meer shifts. Jij hebt de regie.

Je maakt deel uit van onze flexpool en kunt worden ingezet op onze beide locaties.

Afhankelijk van je opleiding en leerjaar kun je worden ingezet als helpende, helpende plus of verzorgende IG. Uiteraard groei je door bij elk volgend leerjaar van je opleiding.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van helpende, verzorgende IG, verpleegkunde of iets vergelijkbaars. Werken naast je studie spreekt je aan en je bent enthousiast om de kennis die je opdoet op school meteen in de praktijk toe te passen. We zoeken mensen vanaf het tweede leerjaar van hun studie.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring ADL en/of verpleegtechnische handelingen;
  • Resultatenoverzicht van praktijk en theorie en overgangsbewijs
  • Betrouwbaarheid en het nakomen van afspraken;
  • Een gezonde dosis humor.

Wat biedt Oldael jou?

  • Aantrekkelijk salaris Vanaf € 18,88 bruto per uur tot maximaal € 26,70 bruto per uur (afhankelijk van opleiding en leerjaar) inclusief vakantiegeld en eindejaarsbonus. Vakantie-uren en onregelmatigheidstoeslag komen daar nog bij.
  • Werken op jouw tempo Oproepcontract waarbij dagen en tijden in onderling overleg worden bepaald. Jij bent aan zet.
  • Doorgroeien loont Ga je naar een volgend leerjaar? Dan breid je je takenpakket uit én groeit je salaris mee.
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden Reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn.

Over Oldael

Oldael is het best bewaarde geheim van Den Haag: een kleine, gezellige ouderenzorgorganisatie met een locatie op Scheveningen en een locatie in het Benoordenhout. We bieden zorg aan zowel somatische als psychogeriatrische bewoners.
