Waar ga je werken?

Oldael is één van de kleinste en gezelligste zorginstellingen binnen de VVT in de regio Haaglanden. We hebben rond de 150 medewerkers en 160 bewoners die verspreid wonen over 2 locaties. (Aelbrecht van Beijeren in Benoordenhout en Oldeslo in Duttendel – beide in Den Haag). Omdat we zo klein zijn, ken je je collega’s en de bewoners goed.

Dit ga je doen

Als Helpende Plus bij Oldael draag je zorg voor de dagelijkse verzorging en ondersteuning van bewoners volgens het zorgplan. Je voert ADL-werkzaamheden uit, verricht eenvoudige verpleegtechnische handelingen zoals het delen van medicatie, en ondersteunt je collega’s bij welzijnsactiviteiten. Je signaleert bijzonderheden in het zorgplan en rapporteert deze aan het team.

Daarnaast verricht je huishoudelijke taken, serveer je maaltijden, en help je bewoners bij het eten en drinken. Het bevorderen van zelfredzaamheid en het creëren van een prettige woon-/leefsfeer is ook een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk.

Je ontvangt leiding van de teamleider zorg en je werkt samen met helpenden, leerlingen, stagiaires, verzorgenden IG, EVV-ers en verpleegkundigen.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een MBO-diploma helpende plus (helpende zorg & welzijn) niveau 2 of: MBO-diploma helpende niveau 2, aangevuld met module 302;
  • Actuele kennis van regelingen en protocollen. Uiteraard houd je ook je vakkennis op peil;
  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken. Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent ondernemend, gastvrij, betrokken, en enthousiast. Humor vinden we ook belangrijk!

  • Een salaris volgens de CAO VVT in FWG-schaal 30 (max. €3.410 bij 36 uur)
  • Een contract voor 16-32 uur. Het aantal contracturen is bespreekbaar
  • 32 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband

  • 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
