En OMC Group buscamos un/a Business Intelligence Analyst con fuerte pensamiento analítico e innovador, capaz de transformar datos en información estratégica, generar insights de negocio y presentar recomendaciones accionables para la toma de decisiones de la gerencia.

Esta posición tendrá un rol clave identificando tendencias, oportunidades comerciales y comportamientos de clientes a través del análisis de datos y la inteligencia de negocios.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Analizar datos de ventas, mercado, clientes y desempeño comercial para identificar tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y presentar hallazgos relevantes a la gerencia y otros líderes del negocio.
  • Analizar embudos de ventas (Sales Funnel) para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
  • Participar en análisis de precios, rentabilidad y comportamiento del mercado.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Ventas, Marketing, Finanzas y otras áreas para garantizar la calidad y consistencia de la información.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Analítica de Datos, o carreras afines.
  • 1 - 3 años de experiencia en Business Analytics, Business Intelligence o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en Power BI o herramientas de visualización de datos equivalentes.
  • Dominio de inglés y español.

  • Pensamiento analítico e innovador orientado a la generación de soluciones de negocio.
  • Capacidad para convertir datos en insights estratégicos y recomendaciones accionables.
  • Experiencia en reportería ejecutiva, presentación de resultados y comunicación efectiva con stakeholders.
