En OMC Group, buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada al servicio al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo como Gestor Documental Corporativo.

Esta posición es ideal para profesionales que disfrutan gestionando información, coordinando procesos, dando seguimiento a casos y trabajando de cerca con clientes. Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar experiencia en servicios corporativos, legales y fiduciarios dentro de una organización con presencia internacional y amplias oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar documentación corporativa y asegurar la calidad, precisión y actualización de la información.
  • Preparar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes, trámites y documentación requerida por clientes y entidades.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros de clientes, casos y procesos en CRM y otras plataformas corporativas.
  • Analizar información y mantener controles que faciliten la trazabilidad y gestión eficiente de los procesos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora e incorporar herramientas digitales e inteligencia artificial para optimizar la productividad.

Requisitos

Lo que buscamos

  • Estudios universitarios en curso o finalizados en Derecho, Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Comunicación Corporativa o carreras afines.
  • Dominio avanzado del inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente, coordinación administrativa, asistencia legal, gestión documental corporativa o funciones similares.
  • Excelente redacción y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Pensamiento analítico, organización y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, bases de datos, CRM y herramientas digitales.
