En OMC GROUP, empresa con 70 años de trayectoria en Panamá, especialista en brindar servicios corporativos y legales multijurisdiccionales, buscamos un profesional con experiencia en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o carreras afines para apoyar la gestión de cuentas por cobrar y el seguimiento de cartera corporativa internacional.

La posición es ideal para personas con perfil analítico, organizada y orientada al detalle, interesadas en desarrollar una carrera en áreas financieras y administrativas dentro de un entorno corporativo internacional.

Requisitos

Responsabilidades claves:

  • Dar seguimiento a cuentas por cobrar y estados de cuenta de clientes corporativos.
  • Coordinar el envío y seguimiento de facturas, notas de crédito y documentación relacionada.
  • Apoyar en la conciliación de pagos recibidos y aplicación de cobros.
  • Preparar reportes periódicos de cartera, antigüedad de saldos y seguimiento de cuentas.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de clientes y cuentas en los sistemas internos.
  • Brindar atención profesional y seguimiento oportuno a clientes corporativos nacionales e internacionales.

Requisitos académicos y experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Deseable experiencia en cobros y atención al cliente.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office.
  • Experiencia con ERP (SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks u otros) es altamente valorada.

  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
  • Gestión y organización del tiempo.
  • Orientado a la atención al cliente.
