📌 Poste : Gestionnaire Prévoyance F/H 📍 Lieu : Siège OMERIS – Caluire

​📝​Contrat : CDI à temps partiel (80 %) – jours à déterminer ultérieurement

🎯 Vos missions principales :

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Paie, vous aurez pour mission de gérer l’ensemble des processus maladie et prévoyance pour les collaborateurs du Groupe :

  • Assurer la gestion administrative des arrêts de travail
  • Déclarer les arrêts de travail auprès des organismes de prévoyance et en assurer le suivi jusqu’au règlement
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des établissements du Groupe, des organismes assureurs et du service paie
  • Participer à l’optimisation continue des processus et outils internes liés à la prévoyance

💡 Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac +2 minimum en gestion, ressources humaines ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience souhaitée en gestion de la prévoyance ou en paie
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, autonomie et confidentialité
  • Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe
