La Résidence Domaine de Fontfrède, élégante bastide provençale dans le 13ème arrondissement de Marseille, accueille 84 personnes âgées dans un cadre exceptionnel avec son magnifique parc aménagé. L’établissement est centré autour de l’humain et de son histoire de vie et offre un accompagnement sur mesure notamment avec son Pôle d’Activités et de Soins Adaptés (PASA) et son Unité de Vie Protégée (UVP).

En tant que Psychologue F/H de la résidence, vous êtes présent(e) pour soutenir les résidents dans leurs activités quotidiennes.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur(trice) de l'établissement, vous aurez pour missions :

  • D'être l'interlocuteur privilégié et la personne ressource pour nos Résidents.
  • De participer activement aux temps forts institutionnels, notamment pour la mise en place du projet personnalisé du résident (rôle de conseil dans son domaine d'expertise auprès de la direction).
  • D'exercer votre rôle de clinicien auprès des Résidents, à toutes les étapes de la vie en EHPAD.
  • D'enrichir la vie sociale en participant aux ateliers thérapeutiques en conception et/ou animation.
  • D'agir quand c'est nécessaire en médiateur vis-à-vis des familles.
  • D'être impliqué(e) dans une dynamique de travail pluridisciplinaire ainsi que dans la coordination de la vie sociale avec les autres parties impliquées.

PROFIL :

Titulaire d'un Diplôme de Master 2 en Psychologie vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en EHPAD ou en Gériatrie, en particulier de personnes atteintes de démence Alzheimer ou de pathologies apparentées, ainsi qu'une expérience en soins palliatifs.

Vous souhaitez contribuer au bien-être des résidents et de faire une réelle différence dans leur vie quotidienne.
