Notre résidence recherche un Responsable Relations Résidents F/H pour une prise de poste mi-octobre.

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice d’établissement, vous garantissez à la fois le bon fonctionnement administratif et la qualité de l'expérience de nos résidents.

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous êtes en charge de :

  • Être le contact privilégié des résidents et de leurs familles pour assurer un accompagnement de proximité et de confiance
  • Assurer un accueil physique et téléphonique de qualité, répondre aux demandes ou les orienter vers les interlocuteurs appropriés
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle du séjour de nos résidents : constitution du dossier prospect (médical, solvabilité), élaboration et suivi des contrats de séjours, coordination de leur intégration au sein de l’établissement, facturation mensuelle des séjours et des consommations annexes, recouvrement des créances clients.
  • Accompagner et conseiller les résidents et leurs proches dans la constitution et la mise à jour de leurs dossiers administratifs et pour leurs services quotidiens (prise de rendez-vous, courrier, etc.)
  • Assurer le développement commercial de la résidence (visites, promotion, veille) pour atteindre les objectifs de taux d'occupation

Diplômé d'un bac +2/3 spécialisé en gestion de la relation clients ou équivalent, vous avez une première expérience dans le secteur des services à la personne ou l’hôtellerie.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens aigu du service clients, et faites preuve d’excellente compétences communicationnelle et organisationnelle.

Vous avez une forte appétence pour le secteur médico social et en particulier, souhaitez oeuvrer pour les personnes âgées.
