📋 O que você vai fazer

Planejamento e reposição

  • Calcular ponto de pedido, estoque mínimo e estoque de segurança com base no histórico e na sazonalidade
  • Analisar a Curva ABC para priorizar os itens de maior giro e faturamento
  • Identificar e tratar itens obsoletos ou de baixo giro

Controle e acuracidade de inventário

  • Planejar e conduzir inventários rotativos e gerais
  • Garantir que o saldo físico coincida com o sistema (Omie)
  • Investigar divergências, perdas, avarias e falhas de endereçamento

Requisições, recebimento e expedição

  • Gerenciar requisições, acompanhando entregas e chegadas
  • Acompanhar o recebimento (conferência de nota fiscal) e a expedição
  • Fazer follow-up com os pares para garantir que tudo ande dentro do SLA
  • Controlar com atenção especial os itens de alto valor (high value)
  • Organizar o endereçamento físico (rua, prateleira, gaveta) para agilizar a separação de itens pequenos e pesados

Catálogo e aplicabilidade

  • Validar o cadastro técnico das peças, conferindo códigos originais e equivalentes de outros fabricantes
  • Evitar compras duplicadas de peças equivalentes

Indicadores e relatórios

  • Monitorar giro de estoque, cobertura em dias, taxa de ruptura e nível de atendimento
  • Elaborar relatórios para apoiar decisões de compra, promoções, liquidação de ponta de estoque e negociação com fornecedores
