JOB SUMMARY The Account and Business Development Manager at Plugin is the day-to-day heartbeat of client relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across digital, content, and media, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. You are the bridge between the client and the creative and digital teams, translating strategy into execution and keeping every engagement running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and trusted day-to-day relationships. ● Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, content productions and media activations across all assigned accounts. ● Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports and delivery trackers, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. ● Brief internal teams, creative, digital, content and media clearly and on time, ensuring work meets client expectations. ● Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates, insights and optimization recommendations. ● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to grow client value. ● Coordinate influencer campaigns, social media content calendars and media planning requirements as needed. Respond to client feedback promptly and manage expectations professionally at all times. ● Maintain accurate records of client approvals, meeting notes, briefs and deliverable sign-offs. Support the Account Director in new business pitches and proposals. Requirements REQUIREMENT ● Proven experience in account management within a digital, content, creative or media agency environment. ● Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, paid media, and community management. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball. ● Proficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace). ● A collaborative team player who can also work independently under pressure. ● Client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to manage relationships professionally. ● A genuine passion for digital trends, content creation, and media innovation.
