Sobre a vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Analista Financeiro I, apoiando as rotinas de faturamento, conferência fiscal e controle financeiro. Procuramos alguém com perfil analítico, organizado e autônomo, com atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com prazos.

Principais responsabilidades

Emitir e conferir notas fiscais eletrônicas (NF-e e NFS-e). Conferir impostos e retenções tributárias em notas fiscais emitidas e recebidas. Validar documentos fiscais de fornecedores e solicitar correções quando necessário. Acompanhar as mudanças da Reforma Tributária, incluindo IBS, CBS e IS, e seus impactos nos processos fiscais. Conferir classificações fiscais de produtos e serviços, como CFOP, CST, NCM e NBS. Emitir boletos, encaminhar cobranças e controlar o Contas a Receber. Conferir despesas corporativas, fundos de maneio e cartões de crédito empresariais. Apoiar a adequação dos processos fiscais e das parametrizações no sistema ERP.

Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com faturamento e emissão e conferência de NF-e e NFS-e. Conhecimento em impostos e retenções tributárias: ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF e INSS. Conhecimento em CFOP, CST, NCM e classificação fiscal. Experiência com Contas a Receber e emissão de boletos. Excel intermediário. Familiaridade com a Reforma Tributária, incluindo IBS, CBS e IS.
