Practice at the Top of Your License: Utilize your clinical expertise to directly impact patient outcomes through specialty medication management, care coordination, and evidence-based interventions.
Collaborative Health System Environment: Work alongside physicians, nurses, care coordinators, case managers, and hospital leadership as an integrated member of the patient care team.

Hours and Location:
- This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5 pm.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Pharmacist-in-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community’s well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you’ll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
- Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
- Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
- Business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
- Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Oncology, Rheumatology and more
- Clinical oversight and industry innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcare
- Serve as a key leader in the pharmacy's 340B Program, collaborating with hospital stakeholders to support program compliance, optimize patient access to medications, and maximize the value of pharmacy services for eligible patients.
- Oversee and advance the pharmacy's clinical patient medication management, conducting comprehensive medication reviews, identifying opportunities for intervention, and improving medication safety and therapeutic outcomes.
