Voor een internationale speler binnen de maritieme sector zoeken we een gedreven Key Account Manager. Je beheert een portefeuille van internationale key accounts en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit. Met jouw commerciële inzicht en onderhandelingsvaardigheden draag je bij aan de verdere groei van het wereldwijde marktaandeel.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van internationale klantenrelaties
  • Onderhandelen over langlopende contracten en commerciële tenders
  • Uitwerken van competitieve oplossingen op maat van de klant
  • Analyseren van commerciële resultaten via rapportagetools zoals Power BI
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en marktontwikkelingen
  • Vertalen van commerciële afspraken naar duidelijke instructies voor interne afdelingen
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie tijdens klantenbezoeken, beurzen en netwerkevents

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of logistieke richting
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante commerciële ervaring
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in internationale logistiek, scheepvaart en accountmanagement
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, en beschikt over sterke onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels; Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis MS Office; ervaring met CRM-systemen of Power BI is een troef
  • Je bent analytisch, resultaatgericht, proactief en een echte teamplayer
