Voor de intermodale afdeling van een toonaangevende internationale speler zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader voor het Customer Service team. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat containers op de meest efficiënte en kosteneffectieve manier van A naar B worden gebracht. Door slimme planning en nauwe samenwerking met klanten en partners, lever je een directe bijdrage aan de bedrijfssuccessen.

Jouw missie:

  • Leiderschap: Coach en inspireer jouw team om topprestaties te leveren. Creëer een positieve werksfeer waar iedereen zich gewaardeerd voelt!
  • Optimalisatie: Ontwikkel slimme en efficiënte planningen voor de intermodale transporten, waarbij je altijd oog hebt voor kosten, levertijden en klanttevredenheid.
  • Samenwerking: Werk nauw samen met diverse stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie om de beste resultaten te behalen.
  • Probleemoplossing: Los operationele uitdagingen proactief op en zorg voor een vlotte doorstroming van de transporten.
  • Klantgericht: Zet de klant centraal in alles wat je doet en zorg voor een uitstekende service.

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma Logistiek Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan rekenen op 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in containervervoer
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis NL en ENG
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office
  • Je bent assertief en staat recht in je schoenen
  • Je bent klantgericht, proactief en communicatief
  • Je bent probleemoplossend, flexibel en stressbestendig
