一、岗位职责 1.制定洗衣机可靠性测试计划，根据洗衣机测试计划，积极主动地完成各项测试任务； 2.测试发现缺陷并及时提BUG跟踪； 3.积极同步TOP问题进展情况，并配合项目组进行相应的测试验证，直到问题关闭； 4.从可靠性角度参与产品的上市质量评估，提供风险问题的测试数据及测试评估结论； 5.项目结束后进行项目测试总结与复盘，提出测试改进的建议； 6.对零部件可靠性测试制定计划并监督执行。

二、任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，机械、材料、电子类、计算机类专业； 2.熟练使用常用测试仪器和工具，如：万用表、功率计、变频电源及各类电源，电铬铁、机械测试设备、高低温湿热测试箱； 3.有测试实验室、工厂测试经验者；熟悉洗衣机、吸尘器、扫地机等产品的可靠性测试；熟悉洗衣机安规要求； 4.了解软件测试、硬件测试、性能测试、环境可靠性测试、机械可靠性测试； 5.可靠性测试NG时，具备初步分析原因，具备给研发团队一个初步的改善方向的能力； 6.对测试工作有比较深入的理解，具备产品需求分析能力、具备制定测试计划和规范的能力，执行测试并对严重缺陷进行跟踪，有较强的风险识别能力； 7.具有高度的责任心、质量意识、良好的沟通能力，执行力强，善于思考并排好测试优先级，能高效地完成各个测试任务； 8.具有良好的团队合作精神、较强的抗压能力，能积极配合研发进行相应的测试验证。 9.工作地点：南京。
