POSTE: Coordonnateur(trice) des opérations

Notre client, une PME manufacturière fondée il y a 50 ans, est un chef de file dans la fabrication de tuyaux pré isolés auprès des secteurs miniers, manufacturiers, municipaux et industriels. Ayant pour objectif d'intégrer une culture fondée sur la santé et la sécurité et une main d'œuvre dévouée, notre client souhaite embaucher un coordonnateur aux opérations afin de supporter le directeur de production dans le développement de son service.

Le coordonnateur des opérations aura à identifier les pistes d'amélioration, développer et coordonner la mise en place des projets et outils nécessaires à l'implantation de programmes, de politiques et de procédures visant l'excellence opérationnelle, l'environnement de travail sécuritaire et le respect des politiques et de la mission de l'organisation.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • En collaboration avec les équipes de production, identifier des pistes d'améliorations et mesurer leur impact, prioriser et dresser un plan d'action;
  • Coordonner et assurer l'implantation des mesures correctives et préventives;
  • Collaborer à l'implantation de SAP et la mise en place des procédures opérationnelles qui en découlent;
  • Revoir et mettre à jour les procédures et les politiques liées aux bonnes pratiques de la santé et de la sécurité du travail et en assurer leur application;
  • Élaborer des méthodes de travail efficaces et en assurer leur implantation;
  • Participer à la mise en place d'indicateurs de performance;
  • Mettre en place des programmes de formation découlant des projets d'amélioration continue et agir à titre de formateur;
  • Rédiger des rapports et des documents et assurer une bonne gestion documentaire.

FORMATION ET QUALIFICATIONS

  • Formation universitaire en génie, en gestion des opérations, de la logistique ou dans un domaine connexe pertinent;
  • Expérience en gestion de projets ou en amélioration continue dans un environnement manufacturier syndiqué;
  • Bonne connaissance des outils et des concepts d'amélioration continue et d'efficacité opérationnelle;
  • Très bonnes habiletés à communiquer ses idées et son opinion;
  • Facilité à travailler en équipe et à s'impliquer activement au sein du groupe;
  • Personne proactive avec sens de l'initiative développé;
  • Esprit critique, analytique et axé sur la résolution de problèmes;
  • Très bonne maitrise du français et de l'anglais.
