POSTE: Spécialiste système manufacturier

Notre client, une PME manufacturière fondée en 1975, est reconnu pour l'excellence de ses solutions de recouvrement de fenêtres destinées aux marchés résidentiel, commercial et architectural. Se distinguant pour son caractère entrepreneurial et innovant, notre client est constamment à l'affût des tendances du marché ce qui lui permet de se positionner avantageusement dans son secteur d'activités. Située sur la couronne nord de Montréal, l'entreprise compte près de 200 employés au Canada répartis dans 3 localisations.

À l'aube d'un important changement dans la réglementation de son secteur, notre client modifiera l'ensemble de ses gammes de produits dans la prochaine année, ce qui constituera un grand défi pour ses équipes d'ingénierie et de production. Cherchant également à augmenter sa production, notre client désire ajouter un membre à son équipe. Sous la supervision du Directeur des services techniques, le spécialiste, système manufacturier sera impliqué dans la transformation du système manufacturier afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de ses opérations et de participer aux importants changements à venir.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Définir et implanter un modèle de codification performant des composants, assemblages et sous-assemblages;
  • Collaborer à la mise en place dune nomenclature de produits appropriée;
  • Participer à l'élaboration des gammes de fabrication et des gammes d'assemblage;
  • Élaborer, maintenir et adapter les dessins et les devis des produits existants;
  • Supporter l'entreprise dans l'évolution de ses gammes de produits;
  • Collaborer à la mise en place d'un système ERP/ MRP;
  • Participer à des projets reliés à l'amélioration des processus, au développement de l'automatisation et à l'aménagement de l'usine.

FORMATION ET QUALIFICATIONS

Formation BAC génie industriel, mécanique, gestion des opérations ou autre formation pertinente;

Au moins 7 ans d'expérience à des fonctions similaires en PME manufacturière;

Expérience démontrée dans le milieu de l'assemblage mécanique;

Bonnes habiletés à planifier, coordonner et organiser;

Facilité à travailler en équipe et s'impliquer activement au sein du groupe;

Bonne capacité à communiquer ses idées et son opinion;

Excellentes connaissances des systèmes manufacturiers;

Très à l'aise avec les systèmes informatiques présents dans le secteur manufacturier;

Bonne maîtrise de la lecture des dessins de fabrication et d'assemblage;

Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de la Suite Office et Autocad 2D;
