Notre client est une filiale canadienne et aussi un chef de file mondial dans la fabrication de pièces destinées au secteur du transport. Elle est reconnue par ses ressources et ses opérations manufacturières spécialisées qui font de cette organisation une valeur ajoutée pour ses clients.

En support à la direction des ressources humaines, la personne choisie sera impliquée dans le développement de la fonction ressources humaines et offrira son support auprès des employés et des gestionnaires de l'entreprise sur divers dossiers qui lui seront confiés.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Développer les stratégies et les moyens pour permettre à l'entreprise d'atteindre ses objectifs en matière de gestion des ressources humaines;
  • Faciliter les démarches de recrutement et maintenir une bonne image de marque employeur en développant les outils appropriés;
  • Agir comme intervenant en relations de travail pour les cadres de l'entreprise incluant la connaissance et l'application de la convention collective;
  • Soutenir et accompagner les gestionnaires dans la gestion de la performance et de la discipline;
  • Participer à la préparation et négociation des dossiers de griefs;
  • Piloter les activités de planification de la main-d'œuvre, d'analyse des besoins et lancement des démarches de recrutement;
  • Participer au recrutement pour différents postes de l'organisation;
  • Participer aux efforts de développement et de rétention des talents;
  • Procéder à l'identification des besoins de formation et le développement des compétences;
  • Intervenir à titre de coach et de conseiller auprès de l'équipe de gestion et de supervision;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration de la fonction ressources humaines;
  • Développer les procédures et les outils afin d'améliorer l'efficacité du département.

FORMATION ET QUALIFICATIONS

  • Formation universitaire de premier cycle en gestion des ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou dans une autre discipline connexe;
  • Être membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec ou être en mesure de le devenir (atout);
  • Avoir complété un minimum de 3 ans à des fonctions en lien avec les ressources humaines;
  • Bonnes connaissances en rôle-conseil;
  • Bonnes connaissances des différentes disciplines de la gestion des ressources humaines;
  • Sens professionnel développé;
  • Capable de s'adapter à ses clients et de les guider selon leurs besoins;
  • Sens de l'organisation, documente et fait des suivis dans ses dossiers;
  • Expérience en milieu manufacturier syndiqué;
  • Articulé, bonnes habiletés de communication : entregent, courtoisie et tact;
  • Efficace, autonome, bon sens de l'initiative;
  • Bonne capacité d'écoute;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément;
  • Bonnes connaissances suite Office dont Excel;
  • Capable de communiquer efficacement dans les deux langues.
