Deine Motivation:

Als Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt du Krankenhäuser bei der digitalen Transformation durch den gezielten Einsatz unserer Health-IT- und Medizininformatik-Lösungen. Du begleitest Kunden von der Implementierung bis zur langfristigen Optimierung, verbesserst klinische Prozesse und trägst zur effizienten Patientenversorgung bei.

So sieht Dein Job bei uns aus:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Health-IT-Projekten in Krankenhäusern – von der Auftragserteilung bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung.
  • Du gewährleistest den Projekterfolg durch den effektiven und zielgerichteten Einsatz von internen und externen Ressourcen.
  • Du stellst eine effiziente und reibungslose Integration unserer Medizininformatik-Lösungen in bestehende Krankenhaus-IT-Systeme sicher.
  • Du optimierst Workflows in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Klinikpersonal, IT-Abteilungen und Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Du berätst und schulst die Krankenhausmitarbeiter zur optimalen Nutzung unserer Softwarelösungen.
  • Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst sie, um einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere Partner zu gewährleisten.
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Customer Life Cycle in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Sales und Customer Success.

  • Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, speziell im Gesundheitswesen
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse an Health-IT, Medizininformatik oder digitalen Lösungen für Krankenhäuser
  • Belastbarkeit & Durchhaltevermögen in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugungskraft und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
  • Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
