Für ein technologiegetriebenes Digital-Health-Unternehmen mit klarer Marktposition und langfristiger Wachstumsstrategie suchen wir eine erfahrene Finance-Persönlichkeit, die den Finanzbereich ganzheitlich verantwortet und in der Aufbauphase selbst aktiv gestaltet.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle sorgst du für finanzielle Transparenz und belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsführung und Management; insbesondere im Kontext digitaler Gesundheitslösungen, KI-basierter Produkte sowie skalierbarer Software- und Plattformmodelle.

Die operative Buchhaltung und steuerliche Abwicklung sind extern organisiert. Du übernimmst die inhaltliche Gesamtverantwortung, steuerst externe Partner und setzt zentrale Finanzthemen zunächst selbst um, bevor du den Bereich schrittweise weiterentwickelst.

Neben der finanziellen Steuerung verantwortest du die pragmatische Umsetzung und Steuerung von Governance-, Compliance- und Zertifizierungsthemen. Die Rolle ist klar hands-on geprägt und bietet gleichzeitig die Perspektive, den Bereich Finance nachhaltig zu strukturieren und zu skalieren.

So sieht Dein Job bei uns aus:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasts sowie Liquiditäts- und Cashflow-Steuerung
  • Aktive wirtschaftliche Begleitung von Digital-Health-, Software- und SaaS-Geschäftsmodellen
  • Hands-on Sparring für Geschäftsführung sowie die Bereiche Product, Sales, Customer Success und HR
  • Aufbau, Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Management-, Gesellschafter- und Investorenreportings
  • Planung und Controlling der Kostenstellen- und Abteilungsbudgets sowie Steuerung des Projekt- und Produktcontrollings
  • Steuerung und fachliche Qualitätssicherung der externen Buchhaltung inkl. Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Koordination und inhaltliche Begleitung steuerlicher Themen mit externen Steuerberatern
  • Erstellung von Business Cases, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Finanzierungen, Bankgesprächen sowie Förder- und Zuschussthemen
  • Pragmatische Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen, KPIs und digitalen Tools mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Skalierbarkeit
  • Aktive finanzielle Gesamtsteuerung des Unternehmens mittels integrierter Planung, KPI-Tracking und entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen
  • Steuernde und umsetzungsnahe Verantwortung für Governance-, Compliance- und Zertifizierungsprozesse (z. B. Audit-Readiness, ISO-Standards)

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Finance-Rolle (z. B. Head of Finance, Finance Manager, Senior Controller)
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Finance-Strukturen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Bereitschaft, Themen operativ selbst zu treiben
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Finanzplanung, Reporting und Controlling sowie solide steuerliche Grundkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Kapitalgebern
  • Stark analytisch, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und klar in der Kommunikation
  • Interesse an digitalen Geschäftsmodellen, KI-Anwendungen und datengetriebener Steuerung
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Finanz- oder ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
