Dein neuer Job – IT-Beschaffung & Lagerlogistik in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Als Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt IT & Hardware bist du für den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess von IT-Komponenten verantwortlich. Du koordinierst die Einkaufsprozesse, optimierst die Lagerlogistik und stellst sicher, dass die Hardware termingerecht versendet wird

So sieht Dein Job bei uns aus:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für den operativen Einkauf von IT-Hardware wie Computern, Monitoren, Kabeln, Netzwerkkomponenten und weiterem Zubehör.
  • Du pflegst, betreust und entwickelst das Warenwirtschaftssystem weiter.
  • Du steuerst und optimierst die Lagerlogistik und koordinierst die Einlagerung sowie die Ausgabe von IT-Equipment.
  • Du wickelst den Versand ab und organisierst die termingerechte Auslieferung der Hardware.
  • Du wählst Lieferanten aus, bewertest sie und führst Verhandlungen zur Sicherstellung optimaler Konditionen.
  • Du baust ein strukturiertes Supplier Management auf und entwickelst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du überwachst die Bestände und leitest Maßnahmen zur Lageroptimierung ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen.

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Logistik oder IT
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, in der Lagerlogistik oder im Versand von IT-Hardware von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis für IT-Hardware und Komponenten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Organisationsgeschick und Belastbarkeit
