The posting

Le Centre Ophtalmologique et Rétine de Valence recrute un(e) infirmier(ère) de bloc opératoire à temps partiel.

Ouvert en décembre 2019 par le Docteur Maher Haouas, le Centre dispose d'un plateau technique complet dédié au traitement des pathologies oculaires ainsi que d'une équipe médicale pluridisciplinaire.

Vos missions principales :

Le poste sarticule autour de deux environnements complémentaires :

1 - Le bloc Opératoire (Bourg de Péage)

  • Assister plusieurs chirurgiens dans la réalisation dinterventions ophtalmologiques (cataracte, glaucome, rétine)
  • Préparer la salle et le matériel ophtalmologique
  • Vérifier et préparer les dispositifs implantables utilisés (lentilles intra-oculaires)
  • Gérer la traçabilité, lhygiène et les protocoles
  • Assurer le rôle dinstrumentiste et/ou de circulant selon les besoins

2 - Le Centre Ophtalmologique (Valence)

  • Réaliser la programmation opératoire en lien avec les médecins
  • Préparer les dossiers patients et organiser les plannings opératoires
  • Accueillir les patients et les informer sur les procédures chirurgicales
  • Coordonner les rendez-vous avec les autres professionnels de la santé en vue des interventions chirurgicales
  • Participer au suivi des patients dans leur parcours pré et post opératoire
  • Assister les médecins en salles de soins (IVT, petites chirurgies)

Exigences du poste :

  • Diplôme d'infirmier(ère) (une spécialisation en ophtalmologie obligatoire)
  • Expérience ou intérêt pour lophtalmologie et/ou le bloc opératoire (formation en interne possible)
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les patients et les professionnels de la santé
  • Capacité à sadapter à différents rythmes opératoires
  • Capacité à gérer les urgences médicales et à prendre des décisions rapides
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité et d'hygiène en milieu médical
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques pour la gestion des dossiers médicaux
