PRÉSENTATION DU POSTE

Nous recrutons pour l'une de nos cliniques ophtalmologiques en Suisse Romande, un établissement de référence proposant une offre complète de consultations, de chirurgie réfractive et de bloc opératoire. Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Adjoint(e) de Clinique pour assurer la gestion opérationnelle et administrative de l'établissement.

VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

En tant que Responsable Adjoint(e) de Clinique, vous êtes le pivot opérationnel entre la direction et l'ensemble des équipes médicales et administratives. Vos missions s'articulent autour de :

  • Assister la direction dans la gestion quotidienne de la clinique
  • Coordonner l'organisation médicale, administrative et logistique de l'établissement
  • Encadrer et animer l'équipe pluridisciplinaire (secrétaires, assistantes, personnel de bloc)
  • Assurer le suivi financier, comptable et réglementaire de la clinique
  • Veiller à la qualité des soins, à l'hygiène et à la sécurité des patients et du personnel

VOS PRINCIPALES TÂCHES (liste non exhaustive)

  • Gérer les plannings médicaux et administratifs et coordonner l'organisation opératoire (cataractes, lasik, implants)
  • Assurer le suivi comptable et financier : facturation, encaissements, recouvrement, clôture mensuelle
  • Superviser la qualité, l'hygiène et la sécurité des soins au sein de la clinique
  • Encadrer et animer l'équipe pluridisciplinaire ; participer au recrutement et à l'intégration des collaborateurs
  • Gérer les achats médicaux et non médicaux, les stocks et les relations fournisseurs
  • Traiter les réclamations patients, suivre les questionnaires de satisfaction et gérer les avis en ligne

VOTRE PROFIL

Compétences requises :

  • Expérience réussie dans la gestion d'un centre médical, d'une clinique ou d'un établissement de santé
  • Maîtrise parfaite des outils bureautiques
  • La connaissance des logiciels métiers Liris et Onedoc serait un plus
  • Excellente maîtrise du français écrit et oral (orthographe irréprochable) ; la maîtrise d'une autre langue nationale est un atout
  • Connaissance des spécificités du droit social et de la comptabilité en Suisse appréciée

  • Excellente gestion des priorités et des urgences, sens de l'organisation et rigueur
  • Forte aisance relationnelle, goût pour le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et sens du service
  • Capacité à gérer les situations de tension avec diplomatie et assertivité
  • Autonomie, réactivité et force de proposition
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité (données médicales et administratives)
