MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

En tant que Secrétaire médicale au sein d'un cabinet d'ophtalmologie, vous assurez l'accueil et la prise en charge administrative des patients.

Vos responsabilités incluent :

- Accueil physique et téléphonique des patients

- Gestion des rendez-vous et du planning médical

- Constitution et mise à jour des dossiers médicaux patients

- Facturation et télétransmission des actes via le logiciel SESAM-Vitale

- Gestion des feuilles de soins et des remboursements

- Coordination avec les praticiens et le personnel soignant

- Archivage et classement des documents médicaux

- Gestion du courrier et des correspondances médicales

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

- Diplôme de secrétaire médicale ou expérience équivalente

- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de gestion médicale

- Connaissance du système SESAM-Vitale et de la nomenclature médicale

- Sens de l'accueil, discrétion et respect du secret médical

- Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités

- Bonne présentation et aisance relationnelle
