Chez ORA Partenaires, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) adjoint(e) en ressources humaines pour se joindre à notre belle équipe !

Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec une conseillère RH sénior, auprès de l'un de nos clients, une entreprise du secteur de la distribution présente dans plusieurs provinces canadiennes. Un rôle polyvalent où tu pourras apprendre, contribuer et faire une réelle différence au quotidien !

Ton quotidien chez ORA

En collaboration avec la conseillère RH sénior, tu seras appelé(e) à :

  • Assurer la gestion administrative et la mise à jour des dossiers employés ;
  • Participer à l'accueil, à l'intégration et aux suivis des nouveaux employés ;
  • Préparer et rédiger divers documents et communications RH ;
  • Offrir un soutien administratif dans la gestion des absences, des invalidités et des accidents de travail ;
  • Assurer les suivis auprès des employés et des gestionnaires ;
  • Participer à la mise à jour des outils, des procédures et des tableaux de suivi RH ;
  • Contribuer à différents projets et initiatives RH.

Le profil qu'on recherche

  • Formation en administration, en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe ;
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle administratif, idéalement en RH ;
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du détail ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et esprit d'initiative ;
  • Discrétion, professionnalisme et facilité à travailler en équipe.
