Descripción de la Vacante:

Buscamos un perfil para dirigir integralmente la operación de hilatura, garantizando la continuidad productiva, la eficiencia operativa, la calidad del producto, el cumplimiento de indicadores de manufactura y la administración efectiva del personal, asegurando la disponibilidad de producción en una operación con funcionamiento 24/7.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la operación completa del área de Hilatura.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción, calidad, costos y productividad.
  • Administrar equipos de supervisión, jefaturas y personal operativo.
  • Implementar mejoras continúas orientadas a eficiencia, reducción de desperdicios y optimización de recursos.
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de maquinaria y equipos en coordinación con las áreas de mantenimiento.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de producción, calidad, eficiencia y rendimiento.
  • Gestionar planes de acción para minimizar tiempos muertos y desviaciones operativas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia actual o reciente como Gerente de Hilatura.
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando operaciones de hilatura en la industria textil.
  • Conocimiento sólido de procesos de hilatura, control de calidad, productividad y mantenimiento industrial.
  • Experiencia administrando operaciones de manufactura con producción continua.
  • Historial de estabilidad laboral y compromiso organizacional.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar de forma presencial en Guatemala.
