The posting

El Gerente de Tintorería es el responsable de dirigir, optimizar y supervisar la operación integral del establecimiento. Su objetivo principal es aplicar los estándares técnicos de la manufactura textil para garantizar la eficiencia de la planta, la rentabilidad del negocio y una experiencia de servicio al cliente excepcional.

Responsabilidades:

  • Aplicar conocimientos de química textil reduciendo mermas y costos operativos.
  • Analizar las fichas técnicas de los insumos químicos para garantizar procesos seguros que no comprometan la solidez del color o la estructura de los tejidos.
  • Coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la maquinaria industrial.

Requisitos

  • Profesional graduado en Ingeniería Textil, Ingeniería Química, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas (con experiencia técnica demostrable) o carrera técnica avanzada en Acabados Textiles.
  • Mínimo de 3 a 5 años en puestos de jefatura o gerencia dentro de empresas textiles.
  • Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo estratégico, con capacidad probada para guiar equipos multidisciplinarios, delegar con eficacia, resolver conflictos y tomar decisiones críticas bajo presión.
