Buscamos un(a) Gerente Regional con experiencia sólida en consumo masivo, responsable de liderar la operación de la región Norte en Honduras, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales, operativos y financieros mediante una gestión integral y estratégica de los recursos. La posición requiere un perfil con alto nivel de ejecución, control operativo y liderazgo, capaz de gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios y optimizar la cadena de valor en entornos dinámicos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar la operación regional integrando las áreas comercial, administrativa, operativa y de cadena de suministro, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y eficiencia.
  • Definir e implementar estrategias comerciales y operativas, garantizando ejecución en punto de venta, cobertura y eficiencia en la distribución.
  • Supervisar la cadena de suministro e inventarios, optimizando procesos logísticos y asegurando disponibilidad de producto.
  • Gestionar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), presupuestos y costos operativos, tomando decisiones orientadas a resultados y mejora continua.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y supervisar equipos de trabajo, asegurando disciplina operativa, control y cumplimiento de políticas internas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y eficiencia, alineando la operación regional con la estrategia del negocio.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia de 5 años en posiciones gerenciales o regionales dentro de empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia liderando operaciones integrales que incluyan áreas comerciales, logística, distribución, supply chain y administración.
  • Manejo de equipos multidisciplinarios, con enfoque en liderazgo, control y cumplimiento de resultados.
  • Fuerte capacidad estratégica, analítica y de toma de decisiones.
  • Perfil orientado a resultados, con alta capacidad de ejecución y mejora continua.
