Moss International est à la recherche d'une personne polyvalente pour contribuer à la croissance de ses activités.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur du développement de l'entreprise : développement de nouveaux clients, négociation avec les fournisseurs, développement de produits, suivi des commandes et collaboration avec des partenaires à travers le Canada.

*Dans le cadre de vos fonctions vous devrez être disponible et en mesure d’effectuer les déplacements d’affaires, au Canada et à l’international, notamment aux États-Unis, en Europe et en Asie, et satisfaire aux exigences légales d’entrée applicables dans les pays concernés.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Participer à la recherche, à l'évaluation et au développement de nouveaux manufacturiers
  • Développer et entretenir des relations d'affaires avec les clients existants et potentiels
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes d'achat, des échéanciers de production et des expéditions
  • Négocier les prix, conditions commerciales et spécifications produits avec les fournisseurs
  • Assurer le développement et la sélection de nouveaux produits et collections en fonction des tendances du marché
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et identifier les nouvelles opportunités d'affaires
  • Effectuer des suivis réguliers auprès des détaillants, distributeurs et partenaires commerciaux
  • Préparer des soumissions, présentations et propositions commerciales
  • Participer aux salons commerciaux, événements de l'industrie et rencontres clients
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente
  • Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle et agir comme personne-ressource auprès des comptes assignés

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • Formation universitaire ou collégiale en commercialisation de la mode, administration, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle lié aux ventes, aux achats ou au développement des affaires
  • Fortes aptitudes en vente et développement des affaires
  • Expérience dans le commerce de détail, l'importation ou la distribution (un atout important)
  • Expérience en approvisionnement international ou en négociation avec des fournisseurs étrangers (un atout)
  • Être disponible et en mesure d’effectuer les déplacements d’affaires requis dans le cadre des fonctions, au Canada et à l’international, notamment aux États-Unis, en Europe et en Asie, et satisfaire aux exigences légales d’entrée applicables dans les pays concernés.

  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
  • Esprit analytique et orienté vers les résultats
  • Autonomie, initiative et sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
