Sous la responsabilité du Vice-président aux Opérations, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse, la proposition et la réalisation de projets destinés à optimiser et sécuriser les infrastructures TI de nos clients.

Au quotidien, vous devrez :

  • Gérer et maintenir les environnements TI de plusieurs PME clientes
  • Participer activement à la sécurité des infrastructures informatiques
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problématiques liées aux serveurs, réseaux et services infonuagiques
  • Offrir un support technique niveau 2 et 3, au besoin
  • Participer à la mise en place de processus d’alignement technologique trimestriel
  • Élaborer et maintenir des plans directeurs et des plans de recouvrement de désastres
  • Assurer une documentation rigoureuse des environnements et interventions
  • Collaborer à la gestion et à l’exécution de projets avec échéanciers
  • Occasionnellement, effectuer certaines tâches en dehors des heures régulières, avec flexibilité d’horaire

Profil recherché

Exigences et expérience techniques

  • Expérience significative de la gestion multi-clients (MSP) et dans l’exécution de projets avec échéanciers (gestion de projets TI)
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente comme administrateur système senior ou dans un rôle équivalent.
  • Excellente maîtrise des réseaux d’entreprise (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN)
  • Expérience avec pare-feu et commutateurs réseau
  • Maîtrise des environnements de virtualisation Hyper-V et VMware
  • Maîtrise de Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022
  • Solide expérience avec Remote Desktop Services et RD Gateway
  • Maîtrise des environnements locaux (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Exchange) et infonuagiques (Azure, AVD, Entra ID)
  • Aptitude à automatiser via les langages de scriptage courants (bash/powershell) ou des plateformes RMM.
  • Excellente connaissance de Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)

Pour occuper le poste, vous devez :

  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule pour des déplacements occasionnels chez les clients
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français, à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Être en mesure de communiquer en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (clients et fournisseurs anglophones)
  • Faire preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur et d’un excellent sens de l’organisation
