Chez la division Smart Start de Thibert, nous recherchons actuellement des spécialistes du service à la clientèle passionné(e)s et motivé(e)s pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique!

En tant qu’agent(e) service à la clientèle, vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos participants au programme éthylométrique.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Gérer les demandes des clients de manière proactive et courtoise ;
  • Répondre à un volume moyen de 40 appels par jour, avec un temps d’antenne de 8 à 10 minutes par appel ;
  • Résoudre les plaintes des participants de niveau 1 et escalader les cas plus complexes au besoin ;
  • Appliquer les procédures et outils mis à votre disposition pour garantir une réponse rapide et adéquate ;
  • Fixer des rendez-vous et mettre à jour les informations des participants dans le système Smartrac.
  • Prendre des notes précises dans le journal d’appels et assurer un suivi systématique des demandes ;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Compétences requises :

  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle, avec un fort accent sur l'écoute active et la solution ;
  • Capacité à rester calme et professionnel, même dans des situations difficiles ;
  • Anglais - avoir un niveau avancé/bilingue (un atout)
