EXOSYSTÈME est une entreprise basée à Granby qui distribue et installe des produits hauts de gamme en aluminium fabriqués sur mesure au Québec, tels que : pergolas bioclimatiques, systèmes de toiles motorisés et autres produits d’aménagement extérieur. L’entreprise se démarque par son expertise, la grande qualité de ses produits, de ses installations et de son service à la clientèle.

Vous serez notamment responsable de :

  • Gérer simultanément plusieurs projets d’installation.
  • Évaluer la faisabilité et les contraintes techniques des projets.
  • Vérifier la conformité des travaux aux plans, devis et normes de sécurité.
  • Soutenir les représentants dans la vente de projets complexes en apportant une expertise technique.
  • Élaborer et suivre les échéanciers, budgets et ressources nécessaires.
  • Préparer les commandes et lancer la mise en production des produits requis.
  • Assurer le suivi avec les fournisseurs.
  • Coordonner et superviser les sous-traitants sur les chantiers.
  • Effectuer la prise de mesures techniques sur les chantiers et assurer la précision des informations transmises.
  • Proposer des solutions aux imprévus et coordonner les ajustements nécessaires.

Qualifications requises

  • DEC en architecture, technique de génie civil, construction ou bâtiment.
  • Toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée.
  • Connaissance du milieu de la construction ou de projets techniques sur mesure.
  • Bonne compréhension des méthodes de gestion de projets.
  • Solides compétences en planification, contrôle des coûts et organisation.
  • Capacité à lire des plans et à travailler avec Autocad.
  • Carte ASP Construction obligatoire.
  • Permis de conduire valide.

Compétences humaines

  • Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Rigueur, souci du détail et autonomie.
  • Habiletés de communication et professionnalisme sur les chantiers.
